How to Claim the Stolen Bike Replacement Offer
1. Get a Police Report: The first step is to file a police report for your stolen bike. This report is essential for verifying your claim and can be obtained from your local police department. Remember, it doesn’t have to be a bike purchased from BikesOnline; any stolen bike qualifies for this offer.
2. Contact Us: Once you have your police report, reach out to our Customer Service team through our Contact Us portal. When you contact us, please be prepared to provide:
- An official police report dated within the last 90 days.
- Some form of personal identification to confirm your claim, such as a driver's license or another ID.
