Tubeless Setup on your new Gravel bike
1. Begin by removing the existing tire and tube from the gravel bike wheel.
2. Clean the wheel thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion for the tubeless setup.
3. Install tubeless rim tape, covering the entire rim bed securely.
4. Insert tubeless valve stems into the rim, tightening them securely.
5. Mount the gravel bike tire onto the rim, ensuring even seating, and use a tire lever if necessary.
6. Add the recommended amount (120ml per tire) of lower viscosity sealant, such as Orange Seal Race or Stans Race.
7. Inflate the tire using a tubeless-compatible pump or compressor.
8. Take the bike for a ride immediately to distribute the sealant evenly and facilitate sealing.
9. Check for any air leaks during the ride.
10. The morning after, pump up your tires to the desired pressure due to the normal slight loss of pressure after the tubeless setup.
