Track your order
Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number and what courier the item was sent with. You will be able to track your items here.
We have two warehouse locations. Please note your order may be part shipped from both locations. If you placed an order for a bike/s plus accessories and only receive your bike, your accessories will arrive separately via another tracking number. At times accessories may dispatch a couple of days after your bike has been shipped.

We will also send email updates about your delivery.
For Bicycles and larger items, you will receive an SMS on the day of delivery.
