The San Quentin 3 comes with Shimano MT420 (4 piston) hydraulic disc brakes with a 203mm front rotor and 180mm rear rotor.

The San Quentin 1 comes in gloss grey / black or gloss teal / pink / black. The San Quentin 2 comes in blue / green. The San Quentin 3 comes in orange black.

No, The San Quentin series comes in the spec which we advertise as (complete built or frame only option). IMPORTANT: Sometimes factory will change the spec of the bike to something of similar or better quality, usually without any notice, this is to ensure customers are riding bikes instead of waiting for the correctly spec’d component to become available.

The San Quentin series comes with a Marin Mini-Riser Bar, 28mm Rise, 780 Width, 9° Backsweep, 5° Upsweep.

The San Quentin 1 comes with a Marin 3D forged alloy 45mm length stem. The San Quentin 2 and 3 come with a Marin 3D forged alloy 35mm length stem.
Does this bike come equipped with a dropper post and what's the travel?
The San Quentin 1 comes with a Marin Alloy 30.9mm straight post. The San Quentin 2 comes with a 30.9mm Tranz X Dropper post. The San Quentin 3 comes with a 30.9mm X-Fusion Manic Dropper post. Size Small has 125mm of drop, with mediums - XL having 150mm drop.
Can I install a dropper post on this bike?
Yes, internally routed dropper posts can be installed on the San Quentin Series.

How do I set the suspension for my height and weight?
We suggest you set up your suspension in accordance with the fork manufacturer tuning guides for each individual, personal preference also need to be considered as everyone likes their suspension slightly different from person to person.
Is a shock pump provided with this bike?
A shock pump is not included with any of our bikes. You do not need a shock pump to set the fork suspension up for the San Quentin 1. You do need a shock pump to set the fork suspension up for the San Quentin 2 and 3.
What tyre pressure should I run?
Tyre pressures are subjective to each individual rider, we suggest you find a suitable tyre pressure best suited to the terrain you commonly ride. The recommended pressure range is printed on the side wall of the bicycle tyres.
