Parts & Accessories
Free Shipping Over $149: Enjoy free standard shipping on all small parcels, including parts, accessories, and apparel, for orders over $149. We use tracked services from Australia Post to ensure your order is secure. For precise delivery costs, please utilize our Shipping Calculator available on product pages. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is between 2 to 9 business days.
Express Shipping: Need your items faster? We offer express shipping for an additional fee, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 4 business days. This option is perfect for urgent orders.
Bikes & Bulky Items
Shipping for bikes and other bulky items starts at $29. To get an accurate shipping cost, please refer to our Shipping Calculator on the product pages. All shipments of bikes and bulky goods are fully tracked, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey every step of the way.
Standard Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $149.
- Standard Shipping Fee: $12.94 for orders below $149.
- Bikes & Bulky Items: Starting from $29.
Express Shipping Rates
- Express Shipping Fee: $17.97 for faster delivery.
Next-Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 5:00 PM AEST on the next business day. However, during peak times, dispatch may take up to 3 business days. Please note that if you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch will begin the next working day.
Order Status
- Hold: Payment processing or address issues.
- Pick: Order is ready for shipment.
- Pack: Order is being prepared for dispatch.
- Dispatched: Order has been packed and is either awaiting courier pickup or is in transit.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be registered in the courier's system.
