As bike riders, we can all agree - accidents happen. As much as we would love to avoid them, sometimes they are inevitable. With that comes the risk of damaging your beloved bike or its essential components, and we know how hard that can hit a passionate rider.

For that reason, BikesOnline is introducing the BikesOnline Crash Replacement Program. So even when the worst happens, and you are left with a broken bike or damaged peripherals, we will be there to help you get back on the saddle as quickly as possible, with a significant discount to sweeten things up.

To be eligible for the BikesOnline Crash Replacement Program, you must:

Be the original owner of a BikesOnline bike.
Be at fault for the accident.
Have caused irreparable structural damage to the bike or component that makes it uneconomical to repair.

How it works:

Contact our Customer Service team through our Contact Us portal.
Provide proof of purchase of the bicycle.
Provide a detailed explanation of the accident and a visual report of the bike and component’s condition, showing the structural damage.
Once our team reviews your information, we'll reach out and guide you through the purchase of a replacement at a discounted price, applying:
- 20% discount for eligible frames
- 10% of your original bike’s purchase price, off a new bike
- 10% discount for eligible peripherals to help get you rolling again.
We may ask for the damaged bike to be returned or destroyed, to make sure it doesn’t get ridden again.

Please note: We’re happy to offer our Crash Replacement program to BikesOnline customers who purchased their bikes directly from us. However, we may not be able to approve requests if the damage was caused intentionally or if it’s only cosmetic or regular wear and tear. Thanks for understanding!
