At BikesOnline, we're proud to offer an exceptional warranty experience that surpasses industry standards. As a unique Australian Superior bikes retailer, we understand the importance of providing great products and unparalleled customer support.
While Superior bikes provide a free extended warranty of 5 years with registration for frames, BikesOnline's commitment goes even further. We provide a 5-year warranty exclusively for the original purchaser. Our warranty process is designed to be hassle-free. We don't require annual inspections by authorised dealers to maintain warranty validity. We simply ask for proof of purchase, pictures of the defect, and serial number to initiate a warranty claim, making the process straightforward and convenient for our customers
Limited Warranty Coverage:
BikesOnline warrants each new Superior frame and rigid fork against defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of ownership by the original purchaser. Components and parts are warranted by their respective manufacturers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for their respective period from the date of purchase, except for normal wear and tear items.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, improper assembly, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper repairs or modifications, or any other use contrary to the product's intended purpose.
Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contract BikesOnline. BikesOnline and each component's manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of the issue and whether it falls under warranty coverage. If the issue is covered under warranty, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or component. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall BikesOnline be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of its products. The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product as stated above. Non-Transferable Warranty:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Modification of Warranty Terms:
BikesOnline reserves the right to modify or discontinue its warranty policies at any time without prior notice.
Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in these terms above attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
Crash Replacement Coverage:
BikesOnline understands that accidents happen, and we're committed to supporting our customers in such unfortunate events. Our Crash Replacement Policy provides a discount for the first owner of a Bikes Online bicycle in the event of non-warranty damage resulting from a crash.

Availability of replacement stock is subject to inventory levels. If stock is not available, BikesOnline reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative or adjust the discount accordingly.
